Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes according to established restaurant recipes and quality standards.
Cook specialized East Indian cuisine menu items, including authentic curries, tandoori dishes, and naan pizzas.
Prepare and execute classic Canadian pub fare, including fish and chips, burgers, and wings.
Help new kitchen staff in specific food preparation techniques, portion control, and kitchen safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and orderly workstation by safely handling food preparation tools and cooking equipment in compliance with health regulations.
