Requirements:

• No formal education or certification required

• Experience is an asset; on-the-job training will be fully provided

• Must be bondable and capable of passing a clean criminal record check

• Must have a smartphone for receiving directions and team communication

Schedule:

• This is a full-time, permanent position

• Preferred availability: Flexible schedule, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities & Core Duties:
This role includes primarily solo-based work, with full support from the wider Suds team and management. Core tasks include:

• Sweep, mop, wash, wax, and polish floors in private residential settings.

• Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, and upholstered furniture.

• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures, surfaces, and appliances.

• Pick up debris and empty trash containers and other waste receptacles.

• Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings as required.

• Perform all cleaning duties with a high standard of professionalism, cleanliness, and a sense of urgency without compromising quality.

• Commute efficiently between assigned clients in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and surrounding areas.

• Maintain open, effective, and positive communication with management and team members.
