Salary: $18.25/hr (may be subject to bonuses based on farm and individual performance)

Job Duties:
• General farm duties include planting, harvesting, irrigating, spraying, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing in vegetable fields
• Washing and packing crops
• Maintain farm safety and food safety outlined in company program and expectations
• Operate and maintain farm equipment
• Perform miscellaneous repairs and maintenance on farm equipment, buildings, and properties

Qualifications & Experience:
• Ability to complete physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.

Work Environment:
· This position involves outdoor work in all weather conditions.
· Work includes weekends and extended hours during peak growing and harvesting seasons.
