About the Role

Canco #117 is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashiers to join our team. This seasonal, on-site position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cash register
• Scan items
• Tabulate total payment for goods or services required
• Receive payment for goods or services
• Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales
• Suggestive selling
• Stock shelves and clean counter area
• Greet customers
• Provide customer service
• Calculate foreign currency exchange

Qualifications

• No formal education or previous experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime if needed.
